Process Skid Packages

PPV CORP Process skid packages are fabricated and assembled to strict ASME, AWS, and customer specifications. Most projects completed in our shop are custom projects such as compressor systems, lube oil consoles, pump systems, membrane systems based on customer provided design. Our experienced staff work towards quality and on time delivery on every project to ensure success. All projects completed in the PPV CORP leave fully assembled, tested, and ready for on-site installation. Our welding staff is fully equipped to complete a wide variety of welding and piping projects, including projects involving carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316 materials.

ASME Pressure Vessels

PPV CORP provide custom engineered ASME Pressure Vessels to suit your application. ASME pressure vessels are designed and fabricated to the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1. These vessels use ASME approved materials and welding procedures, are hydrostatic or pneumatically tested as requested by customer. We have the ability to radiographically test (RT) weld joints as required by the ASME code or customer request. Each pressure vessel is reviewed by a third-party Authorized Inspector (AI) throughout the fabrication process from design to hydrostatic pressure test and ASME name plate installation on pressure vessel. All ASME pressure vessels are registered with the National Board and provided with the Manufacturer’s Data Report U1A forms.

Process Piping Welding and Fabrication

PPV CORP provide pipe spool welding and fabrication services whether it’s for the oil-and-gas industry, a power plant, a chemical processing plant, or some other capital project. Fulfilling a contract to fabricate and deliver pipe spools is never a small undertaking. A pipe spool project generally comprises hundreds of components and thousands of process steps. Every step is an opportunity for something to go wrong, so our careful planning during the request for quote (RFQ) and close monitoring and expediting of the processes during fabrication help to contribute to a successful, timely, and profitable outcome to our customers.

V NONDESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION
Requirements and methods for nondestructive examination which are referenced and required by other code Sections. It also includes manufacturer's examination responsibilities, duties of authorized inspectors and requirements for qualification of personnel, inspection and examination. Examination methods are intended to detect surface and internal discontinuities in materials, welds, and fabricated parts and components. A glossary of related terms is included.

VIII PRESSURE VESSELS
Division 1 - Provides requirements applicable to the design, fabrication, inspection, testing, and certification of pressure vessels operating at either internal or external pressures exceeding 15 psig.
Division 2 - Alternative Rules, provides requirements applicable to the design, fabrication, inspection, testing, and certification of pressure vessels operating at either internal or external pressures exceeding 15 psig.
Division 3 - Alternative Rules for Construction of High Pressure Vessels, provides requirements applicable to the design, fabrication, inspection, testing, and certification of pressure vessels operating at either internal or external pressures generally above 10,000 psi.
